I filled in the travel form - what happens next?
We know that time is of the essence so we aim to answer all inquiries within 2 working days. If you haven’t heard back from us within that timeframe, please check your Spam folder first. In case you still cannot find any email from us, please reach out to info@tripliss.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
What does the travel design process look like?
After the initial contact, we will immediately start working on making your dream trip come true. We take all your wishes into account and try to make the first proposal as complete as possible. Besides the booking of flights, hotels, and experiences (depending on your choices), you can also expect to receive a full itinerary for must-see and -do things, hidden gems, bars, restaurants, tips, tricks, and all other information needed to ensure you have an enjoyable and unforgettable experience!
Of course, your preferences could always change along the way, so we promise to keep working on it until you get exactly what you wished for. Your satisfaction means everything to us! Once you’re confident you’ve gotten what you hoped for, you can sign the proposal and make a down payment to secure the booking.
What are the booking conditions?
After you have confirmed the booking, you will receive an invoice with all details. In order to confirm the reservation, we require a 100% upfront payment for the airline tickets and 30% deposit payment for the remainder of the invoice (non-refundable). The whole balance is due 6 weeks prior to the departure date. All bookings made within 6 weeks prior to the departure are subject to full payment at the time of reservation.
How can I make the payment?
You can complete the payment via bank transfer and credit card. You will receive both the bank details and a payment link with your invoice, so the choice of the payment method is fully yours. We are able to give you 3% discount on the invoice in case of payment via bank transfer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do the same for credit cards due to the high processing and currency conversion fees.
Can I cancel or modify the booking?
Life happens, we’ve all been there - needing to change your planned trip is never ideal, but we believe there is always a solution around the corner. We will try to accommodate your new wishes as much as possible, subject to availability. All price differences incurred as a result of these changes will be invoiced to you.
However, in the event that you wish to partially or fully cancel your booking, for any reason, the cancellation costs are the following:
6 weeks before departure: the deposit and airline costs are non-refundable
0-6 weeks before departure: 100% of the invoice
Do I need a visa to travel to Europe?
The visa requirements depend on your nationality. The European Union is aiming to roll out a new entry / exit system for the EU countries from 2025 which will require citizens of certain countries to request a travel authorisation to be able to travel within the Union. You can read more about it here.
We can provide some guidance regarding the visa requirements, but it is your own responsibility to ensure you can travel to the desired destinations without any obstacles. Tripliss cannot be held liable for any disruptions in your itinerary due to visa issues.
